Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and enforce timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a secure job site.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and ensure project alignment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and material logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.

•  High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or coursework in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Must be able to work on-site in the Teton Valley and surrounding areas
• Must have a valid driver's license.
